If you
are anything like me, I put myself last. Everyone’s needs and feelings were more important than my own.
Finally when I was at my lowest point I realized that this is my one life & why should I live it to make everyone else
but me happy. I needed to start doing what made me happy, not what they wanted me to do.Do you feel like you have reached
bottom? Do you want to feel this way one more day? You can return from the deep, I promise! I never thought
that I would. I thought the stress and anxiety would one day kill me. But one day I felt better, and the day after
that was better & so on.....
When learning
to be happy, here are a few things that I have found that I needed to change:

Share my opinion
• Get up an hour early, so I had quiet time
• Do things that make me happy
