"Nesting". - Make a plan to find a few ways to tell your mind and body it's time to rest before bed. Warm bath, good book, lavender lotion, gratitude journaling.


Weekly Eggscription:
Get rid of the procrastination.  This week get some of those things off your list you have been procrastinating about.  Just think you have a whole week.  What could you get done?

Daily Eggscription:
To make things easier for you the Daily Eggscriptions will follow a
simple pattern each week to keep you on task.

Are you nesting tonight?  It is the start of a new week.  Tell your mind and body it's time to rest by taking some time before you crawl into bed.  I like a warm shower, lavender lotion and a funny book.
